    Laurel House provides resources and opportunities for people living with mental illness to lead fulfilling and productive lives in their communities. Laurel House operates weekdays, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, at the 1616 Washington Blvd. Resource Center, which is our home base for delivering programs and services.

Schedule a pickup at your
home or office.

We rely on contributions from donors throughout lower Fairfield County, Connecticut. Our pickup service is focused on large furniture donations that will benefit participants living in our housing and residential services program or will be sold at the store to help fund Laurel House programs and services. We will gladly pick up large items from your home or office subject to the availability of our truck and driver; please call 203-327-7334 to make an appointment. We also accept donations at our store.

Treasure Hunters cannot accept the following items as donations:

Books, Dishwashers, Exercise equipment, Mattresses and Box springs, Refrigerators, Skis and Sporting equipment, Scooters and Medical equipment, Stained or Children’s clothing, Stoves/Ovens, Tube TVs, Typewriters, Washers/Dryers, and Sleeper Sofas.

Volunteers Needed

Treasure Hunters needs volunteers to assist with customer service and pricing/inventory.  Any amount of time would help!
